Under clause 17 of Schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby give notice that the Minister of Education on behalf of His Majesty, The King in right of New Zealand has cancelled the Integration Agreement between the Crown and the Ngā Whare Ākonga Charitable Trust in respect of Te Kura Ākonga o Manurewa (1619), Auckland with effect on 31 December 2025. The kura will close and cease to be established on that day.

This agreement was signed on 13 July 2025, by the Minister of Education on behalf of His Majesty The King in right of New Zealand.
