Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 26 of the Broadcasting Act 1989, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby appoints to the Broadcasting Standards Authority

Karyn Wendy Fenton-Ellis, of Waikato

as a member, for a term commencing on 7 July 2025 and expiring on 31 May 2028; and

John Kenneth Gillespie, of Auckland

as a member, for a term commencing on 7 July 2025 and expiring on 31 May 2029.
