Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 February 2013, which was granted under those regulations to First Learners Ltd, in respect of Shirley First Learners (70554) situated at 101 Slater Street, Shirley, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
