Pursuant to sections 12(2) and 61 of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022, and section 28(1)(a) and clause 1(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed

Professor Lester Levy as Chair for a 12-month term

Dr Andrew Connolly as Deputy-Chair for a three-year term

Roger Jarrold as member for a 12-month term

Dr Frances Hughes as member for a three-year term

Parekawhia McLean as member for a three-year term

Peter McCardle as member for a two-year term

Terry Moore as member for a two-year term

Hamiora Bowkett as Crown Observer for a three-year term

commencing 24 July 2025 to the Board of Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora.
