Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Trade and Investment has appointed:

Rob Morrison, of Palmerston North

as Chair of the Invest New Zealand Board for a term of six months commencing on 30 June 2025 and expiring on 26 December 2025.

And appointed

Charles Finny, of Auckland; and

Catherine Savage, of Queenstown

as directors of the Invest New Zealand Board for a term of six months commencing on 30 June 2025 and expiring on 26 December 2025.
