Pursuant to sections 9(1) and 12(1) of the Commerce Act 1986 and section 28(1)(b) and clause 1(2) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed to the Commerce Commission:

Dr John Small, of Auckland

as Chair for a further term commencing on 7 July 2025 and expiring on 6 July 2030.
