Under sections 198(1) and (3) of the Education and Training Act 2020, I declare that Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Ngāringaomatariki, a Year 1–8, full primary kura, will be a Year 1–13, composite kura from Term 1, 2026.

The change of classification will be phased in with the kura offering education for Year 1–10 from Term 1, 2026 and Year 1–13 when the kura is relocated to a new site in Kaiwaka.
