Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed:

Anna Buchly, of Auckland

as Chair of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 20 October 2025 and expiring on 30 January 2028, and

David Goatley, of Auckland

as Deputy Chair of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 20 October 2025 and expiring on 6 June 2028, and

Nathanael Starrenburg, of Auckland

as a member of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 29 August 2025 and expiring on 28 August 2027.
