Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 October 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Little Magpies Childcare Services Ltd, in respect of Little Magpies Home Based (46301) situated at 24 Leyland Street, Onekawa, Napier.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
