Under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Harriet Bridgewater, Senior Solicitor, the Treasury, give notice that on 30 November 2024, Hon Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance, and on 24 November 2024, Hon Erica Stanford, Minister of Education, gave approvals under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act, for:

Westlake Boys High School Board

to enter into debt servicing obligations within specified limits, where the total annual cost of repaying all outstanding borrowings exceeds the limit set by Regulation 12(1) of the Crown Entities (Financial Powers) Regulations 2005.
