Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 6 January 2025, which was granted under those regulations to Home Based Explorers Limited, in respect of Nurtured at Home – Wellington 1 (45157) situated at 234 Bankwood Road, Chartwell, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
