On 19 June 2025 pursuant to section 29B of the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002 (“TSA”), the designation of The American Proud Boys expired.

Any person who deals with the property of The American Proud Boys is no longer liable to prosecution for an offence under section 9 or 10 of the TSA.
