Under section 181(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby dissolve the Wairoa College (214) Board and direct the Secretary for Education’s delegate to appoint a Commissioner to replace that board.

Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Wairoa College (214) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 2024, Notice No. 2024-go6566).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
