Under section 181(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby dissolve the Combined Board of Westbridge Residential School (4157) and Halswell Residential College (522) and direct the Secretary for Education’s delegate to appoint a Commissioner to replace that board.

Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Combined Board of Westbridge Residential School (4157) and Halswell Residential College (522) under section 180 of the Education and Training Act 2020 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 March 2025, Notice No. 2025-go1444).
