Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Foreign Affairs made four appointments in 2024 to the New Zealand Antarctic Institute Board, as established under the New Zealand Antarctic Institute Act 1996. These appointments were recorded in the following notices published in the New Zealand Gazette:

New Zealand Gazette, 1 August 2024, Notice No. 2024-go3771;

New Zealand Gazette, 16 April 2024, Notice No. 2024-go1641; and

New Zealand Gazette, 16 April 2024, Notice No. 2024-go1645.

This corrigendum notice amends the previously published notices by correcting the end of term dates for the board members. The corrected appointment terms are:

Craig Ellison for a term commencing on 18 December 2024 and expiring on 17 December 2027;

Keiran Horne for a term commencing on 29 July 2024 and expiring on 28 July 2027;

Neville Harris for a term commencing on 15 April 2024 and expiring on 14 April 2027; and

Dr Neil Gilbert for a term commencing on 15 April 2024 and expiring on 14 April 2027.

Explanatory Note: This note is not part of the corrigendum but is intended to explain this corrigendum. These changes are to correct an administrative error.
