Section 37(1) of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37(1) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 February 2015, Issue No.16, Notice No. 2015-go1007 of Hamilton Airport (located at Airport Road, Hamilton and operated by Waikato Regional Airport Limited Company No.: 407523) as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Hamilton Airport is able to receive the following craft:

  • Commercial, Chartered or Private Aircraft (≤25 Seats)
  • Commercial, Chartered or Private Aircraft (>25 Seats)
  • Special Aircraft
  • Defence Force Craft

that are able to discharge the following risk goods types:

  • Containers and General Cargo (Air Containers only)
  • Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects.

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 38–42 Bowen Street, Wellington 6140.
