Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 August 2013, which was granted under those regulations to Play School Early Learning Centre, in respect of Play School Early Learning Centre (50086) situated at 46 Phillip Street, Johnsonville, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
