Pursuant to sections 1 and 2 of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have appointed the following members to new roles on the Tertiary Education Commission.

I have appointed:

Dr Alan Esmond Bollard cnzm

as the Chair, commencing on 27 May 2025 and expiring on 31 October 2027; and

Robin Michael Hapi cnzm

as Deputy Chair commencing on 27 May 2025 and expiring on 31 October 2027.
