Under section 70(2) of the Reserves Act 1977, I, Sandra Woodhead, under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby appoint:

to be a trustee of Whanganui Racecourse Recreation Reserve in the place of the late John Arthur Bracken Wilson.
