Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 January 2023, which was granted under those regulations to Whanganui Montessori Preschool, in respect of Whanganui Montessori Preschool (51528) situated at 88 Virginia Road, Saint Johns Hill, Whanganui.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
