Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 December 2022, which was granted under those regulations to C&K’s Learning Centres (2014) Limited, in respect of Whales Tales Montessori Preschool (47377) situated at 33 Maxwell Street, Riccarton, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
