Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for  Wesley College (104) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 April 2023, Notice No. 2023-go1356, and amended New Zealand Gazette, 18 April 2023, Notice No. 2023-go1573 and New Zealand Gazette, 2 August 2024, Notice No. 2024-go3785).

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
