In accordance with schedule 1 clause 32 of the Civil Aviation Act 2023, and pursuant to section 87N of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I hereby give notice that I, Ruth Fairhall, Acting Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, granted Aerovías de México, S.A de C.V. (dba Aeroméxico) a Scheduled International Air Service Licence permitting the airline to offer code-share services in accordance with the air services arrangements concluded between New Zealand and Mexico in 1999.

The Licence took effect on 24 April 2025.
