Pursuant to section 41 of Te Ture mō te Reo Māori 2016, the Minister for Māori Development has reappointed

Professor Rawinia Higgins

as Toihau / Chairperson and a member of Te Taura Whiri i te Reo Māori for an additional term of 18 months expiring on 27 September 2026; and appointed

Te Haumihiata Mason

as a member of Te Taura Whiri i te Reo Māori for a term of three-years commencing on 28 March 2025 and expiring on 27 March 2028.
