Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 February 2024, which was granted under those regulations to Onepoto Awhina Inc, in respect of Onepoto Awhina Educare Centre (20124) situated at Pearn Crescent, Northcote, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
