Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 August 2013, which was granted under those regulations to Kids Klub Childcare Centre, in respect of Kids Klub Childcare Centre (10129) situated at 118 Chivalry Road, Glenfield, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
