Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 January 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Auckland University/Park Avenue, in respect of Alten Road Early Childhood Centre (20450) situated at 3 Alten Road, Auckland CBD, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
