as member and Chair of the Maritime New Zealand Authority, for a term commencing on 3 April 2025 and expiring on 30 June 2026, and to appoint

Kevin Ronald Short

as member and Deputy Chair of the Maritime New Zealand Authority, for a term commencing on 3 April 2025 and expiring on 28 February 2028.
