Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 February 2023, which was granted under those regulations to Kāpiti Waldorf Trust, in respect of Te Rāwhiti Kindergarten 3 (47663) situated at 89 Poplar Avenue, Raumati South.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
