Under section 180 of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the St Joseph’s School (Patea) (2452) Board, (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 May 2023, Notice No. 2023-go1926 and amended in the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 January 2024, Notice No. 2024-go61).

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
