Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 May 2023, which was granted under those regulations to Te Kōhanga Reo National Trust, in respect of Te Kōhanga Reo o Te Pūkeikura (35013) situated at 54B Oliver Street, Kihikihi.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
