Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and the Pared New Zealand Charitable Trust have entered into a contract for the establishment of Totara Point School as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is Pared New Zealand Charitable Trust, and the school is located in Auckland.

The school will be a Year 1–6 co-educational school. It will open with Year 1–4 and have Year 1–6 in its second year.

Education will be delivered on site.
