Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and Twin Oaks Classical School Limited have entered into a contract for the establishment of Twin Oaks Classical School as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is Twin Oaks Classical School Limited, and the school is located in Auckland.

The school will be a Year 1–13 co-educational school. It will open with Year 1–9 and grow a year level each year to be Year 1–13 in 2029.

Education will be delivered on site three days a week and students will learn at home for two days a week.
