Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for Garston School (3953) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 October 2023, Notice No. 2023-go5079 and amended in the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 April 2024, Notice No. 2024-go1435).

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
