Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Marfell Community School (2192) Board, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 April 2024, Notice No. 2024-go1593.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
