Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Chanel College (244) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 March 2023, Notice no. 2023-go1216).

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
