Pursuant to clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology has appointed:

Jennifer Rose Kerr, of Hamilton

as Chair of the Callaghan Innovation Board, for a term commencing on 30 November 2024 and expiring on 27 March 2025.
