Pursuant to section 28 and Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and sections 10(3) and 26(2)(a) and (3) of the Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga Act 2014, the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage appoints

Edward Ellison of Otakou

as a member and Deputy Chair of the Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga Board and as a member and Chair of the Māori Heritage Council, for terms of office from 1 September 2024 to 31 July 2027.
