Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage over goods dated 28 March 2023, 28 July 2023 and 29 November 2023 (“Loan Agreements”) over the mortgaged goods described below.
L&F Limited, the mortgagee under the Loan Agreements, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below with effect from 10 December 2025.
