In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage over goods dated 18 November 2021 (“Security Agreement”) over the goods described below, Bank of New Zealand, the mortgagee under the Security Agreement, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of a 2019 Mitsubishi Canter truck, Registration No.: NWF43, with effect from 1 December 2025.

This notice is given by Sanderson Weir Limited, whose address for service is 72G Wyndham Street, Auckland. All communications relating to the mortgaged goods may be addressed to Sanderson Weir Limited.

The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 4, 80 Queen Street, Auckland.
