Public Notice of Entry Into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage over goods dated 19 August 2022 (“Loan Agreement”) over the mortgaged goods described below.
L&F Limited, the mortgagee under the Loan Agreement, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below with effect from 11 December 2025.
