In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage instrument 13112464.2 (Mortgage Memorandum 2018/4344) (“Mortgage”), Fairburn Capital Limited as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that on 31 August 2025 it entered into possession of the mortgaged land located at 520/3 Kaipiho Lane, Albany, Auckland 0632 contained in Record of Title 915177 (“Mortgaged Land”).

Communications relating to the Mortgagee’s possession of the Mortgaged Land should be addressed to the Mortgagee at 127 Long Drive, St Heliers, Auckland 1071.
