Notice to Creditors and Other Claimants

Pursuant to section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019 the executors of the Estate of Sarah Michelle Vousden give notice that all persons having claims against the estate are required to send details of their claims to the undersigned, the Executor of the said estate, on or before 30 December 2025.

After that date the trustees of the estate may administer or distribute the estate having regard only to claims received.
