Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
Mortgagor: S G Shaw Holdings Limited
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”), and in the matter of mortgage instrument 12559777.2 (“Mortgage”):
Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Palmerston North in proceeding CIV-2024-454-45 dated 28 November 2024 and section 139(1)(a) of the Act, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land as described below on 19 December 2024.
Description of Mortgaged Land: 27B Sussex Street, Levin, comprised and described in Record of Title WN16C/166 (Wellington Registry).
