In accordance with section 79(2) of the Trusts Act 2019, any creditor or other person who has a claim against the estate of George Allan Gilpin of Carterton, Retired, who died on 15 March 2025 must send their claims to the executor on or before 22 November 2025.

After that date, the estate may be administrated or distributed having regard only to the claims that have been received.

The executors will not be liable for any claims that were not received when the estate is administrated or distributed.
