Notice to Creditors and Other Claimants Against Estate

If you have any claim against the estate of Ross Lester Johnston of 253 Bower Avenue, North New Brighton, Christchurch who died on 24 June 2025, you are now required to send details of all your claims to the executors’ solicitor at Saunders Robinson Brown, PO Box 39, Christchurch 8140 before 21 November 2025. You are warned that, after that date, the estate may be administered or distributed having regard only to the claims received.

If any claim was already due for payment at the time the deceased died, you must say so when sending in the details of that claim.

This notice has been published under section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019.
