Notice to Creditors and Other Claimants

All persons having claims against the estate below are required to send details of their claims to the solicitors for the estate, Armstrong Murray Limited, 11 Anzac Street, PO Box 331028, Takapuna, Auckland 0740 or by email to law@armstrongmurray.co.nz within one month from the date of publication of this notice.

They are warned that after that date the estate may be administered or distributed having regard only to the claims received. Claims due and owing at the date of death should be so certified. The executors will have no liability to persons whose claims have not been notified to the solicitors for the estate.

Bandy, Wartohi Ibrahim, late of Auckland, Retired, died 25 June 2025.

This notice has been published under section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019.
