BOB PLAYLE (formerly known as ROBERT ARTHUR PLAYLE) (deceased)
Pursuant to section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019, all creditors and other persons having claims to which that section applies in connection with the estate of the late Bob Playle, formerly known as Robert Arthur Playle of Auckland, Company Director, who died on or about 15 July 2025, must send particulars of their claim to the solicitor to the Executrix of the estate, Mr. Eden John Rae Barley, at the address specified below before 30 days from the date on which this notice is given.
They are warned that after that date the estate may be administered or distributed having regard only to the claims of which the administrator has notice without being liable to persons of whose claims the administrator has not received notice.
