Notice to Creditors and Other Claimants

Pursuant to section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019 notice is hereby given that all persons having a claim against the Estate of Roger Gordon Palmer of Kaiapoi, Retired who died at Christchurch on 22 April 2025 are required to send particulars of such claim owing at the date of death to the address set out below on or before the date which is 30 days after the date of publication of this notice.

After that date, the estate may be administered or distributed without regard to any claim of which the trustees have not had notice.

Claims due and owing at date of death should be certified.
