Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
To: Dart Limited (in liquidation)
Take notice that Westpac New Zealand Limited (“mortgagee”), pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, on 24 September 2025, entered into possession of various goods mortgaged pursuant to a general security agreement granted by Dart Limited (in liquidation) in favour of the mortgagee dated 7 October 2021.
All fixed assets of Dart Limited (in liquidation), including the Assets listed in Schedule 1 of an asset sale and purchase agreement, dated on or around the date of this notice, namely:
One ICONA ClinicXray; two Clinic Equipments; one Clinic Furniture; one Commercial reception Desk; one Sign; and one Dental4Windows website.
The address of the mortgagee for communications relating to these goods is at the offices of MinterEllisonRuddWatts, solicitors for the mortgagee, PO Box 105249, Auckland 1143 (Attention: Julian Spring).
